Welcome to Sand Sage Rifle Pistol Club, Inc. We were formed in 1962 by a handful of members interested in shooting sports. We have seen some rough times, built five different ranges on leased land, and now thanks to a lot of dedicated members, we now have the ownership of the 160 acres our range currently occupies. We generally conduct shooting activities during all months when the weather allows us access to our range.

Durante varios años consecutivos nuestra playa ha obtenido el galardon de Bandera Azul, por la calidad de sus aguas, servicios de socorrismo, limpieza y varios servicios a disposicion de todos los usuarios. Su arena de origen volcánico es ideal para visitarla con niños y para desarrollar actividades nauticas como alquiler de moto nautica, fly fish, parascending, banana, etc. Los atardeceres ofrecen una puesta de sol impresionante con la isla de La Gomera como telón de fondo.

Well, after leaving Facebook and having enough of their constant changes, etc, I thought I needed some way for my family and friends to keep up with with us and what we are seeing and doing here in Nova Scotia. I am hoping to keep up with this as often as time allows, posting photos and glimpses into our life here in Nova Scotia. We enjoy collecting sea glass and have quite a collection of it now. Hence the name of my blog! I am a 40 y.
